HOA Bootcamp this Saturday

ImageThe Plano Homeowners' Council (PHC) is holding a training session for current and prospective HOA board members this Saturday, November 3, from 9:30am-1:00pm at the Plano Municipal Center (1520 Avenue K  MAP).  If you are thinking about volunteering for one of our open board positions for next year, this would be a great introduction!

The bootcamp features real estate attorneys, property managers, landscapers and insurance agents.  This forum also features city staff from property standards and code enforcement, along with building inspections, etc. The Bootcamp is free of charge and begins at 9:30 Saturday morning, November 3rd.

Immediately following the Bootcamp this year is a “vendor fair” in Training Room A. Vendors will provide free handouts and information, while the PHC will provide free drinks and snacks while you’re “shopping” and getting your additional questions answered. So come on out, meet fellow HOA officers, and get your questions answered by the experts.

Several Park Bridge HOA Board members will be attending.  We look forward to seeing you at the Bootcamp!
