Plano #11 Best Place to Live In U.S.

ImageIn a feature story at CNNMoney.com, Plano was chosen #11 of the 100 best places to live in the United States.  Plano was the highest ranked city in the D/FW Metroplex.  And of all Texas cities, only Sugar Land at #3 was ranked higher.
